   Submission of abstract and Proceeding of the conference for download (pdf form).
Submission of abstract and Proceeding of the conference for Special Issue of Italian Journal of Food Science
      (will be published as E-Journal at least 6-8 months after conference)

Call for abstract:1 January 2017
Deadline of abstract submission:31 March 2017  15 May 2017
Acceptance of abstract notification:15 June 2017
Deadline for presenter and early bird registration:   20 September 2017

Proceeding submission

The proceedings will have a ISBN number and will be in a PDF format, which will be distributed to the participants and will be freely available for download on the GSICA and SLIM 2017 websites.

The contributions should be formatted according to the instructions reported below, and be submitted online on conference website by 1 July 2017. Submissions by fax, post or email will not be considered. The online submission form provided below, mandatory files are marked with a red asterisk (*).
